have sent an e-mail to the address provided by jae, which happened to be the same e-address posted at the URL provided by anonymous. as you can see, i just got mailer daemon replies.

Maybe you should try writing a letter and drop it off at the comments and suggestions box at the branch instead?
ReplyDeletetsk tsk.. defunct email add. I had a disappointing time also with a different restaurant, and I did the same thing. I emailed them, and fortunately, they replied and they were very apologetic. Pancake House should do the same..
